On November 24, the Conference of Protected Natural Area Alliance for Public Welfare was held in Beijing. Initiated by 23 public welfare organizations including Yintai Foundation, the alliance aims to support the construction of the national natural conservation system. Among attendees was Shen Guojun, Executive Chairman of International Paradise Foundation and founder of Yintai Foundation.

On November 16, Westbrook Intime City, the first Yintai shopping center in Xihu District, Hangzhou, was unveiled. As Yintai's first complex in Xihu District, it is positioned as an upscale city life center offering first-rated services with a lot of innovation highlights.

On November 7, Che Jun, Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress visited the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs (GAZE). Learning that Mr. Lu Guanqiu—the legendary Zhejiang entrepreneur—passed away, Shen Guojun, the Executive Chairman of the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs, wrote an article to express his grief over our loss of Mr. Lu with an extremely sorrowful heart.

On the morning of September 29, Dong’an Gold Mine of Yintai Resources, a key industrial project in Heilongjiang Province, was formally put into operation in Xunke County after a grand ceremony. The gold deposit of the host rocks has a total reserve of 2.766 million tons of ores worth of mining in terms of economic value. It is one of the richest gold mines with proven reserves in Heilongjiang Province at present.

On September 25, the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Creating the Environment for the Healthy Growth of Entrepreneurs, Promoting the Spirit of Outstanding Entrepreneurs and Giving Better Play to the Role of Entrepreneurs (Opinions) were officially released, provoking heated discussions among all walks of life. This is the first time that the CPC Central Committee has defined the status and value of entrepreneurship. "The full text is impressive, refreshing and inspiring," said Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai Group and Executive Chairman of the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs. The Opinions brilliantly convey the voice of entrepreneurs, show the great attention of the Party and the state to entrepreneurs, and fully recognizes and protects entrepreneurs' contributions to the social and economic development of China and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai Group and Executive Chairman of the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs (GAZE) attended the 2017 Shanxi Tourism Development Conference in Jinzhong from September 20 to 21 and delivered a speech at the conference. He discussed the tourism reform and development plan of Shanxi with more than 600 guests from home and abroad, to portray a blueprint for cultural tourism integration and innovation. On the sidelines of the conference, Lou Yangsheng, Governor of Shanxi Province met the delegation led by Shen. The two sides exchanged ideas on further deepening future cooperation and promoting the transformation and upgrading of Shanxi in diverse fields.

On September 15, Yintai Tourism Group, a subsidiary of Yintai Group, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the People's Government of Qianjiang District Chongqing and Zhejiang Tourism Group in Hangzhou. Under the agreement, the three parties will give full play to respective advantages, tap Qianjiang's existing eco-tourism resources, and develop new tourism products, types and brands, to make Qianjiang a model eco-cultural tourism destination in central and western China.

On September 8, 2017, Mr. Xie Zhenyu, Director and General Manager of Yintai Resources Co., Ltd. (000975.SZ) under Yintai Investment Co., Ltd., died of a disease despite all treatment during visiting Qinghai Dachaidan Mining Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yintai Resources. He was at the age of 54.

On September 6, the Jilin-Zhejiang Economic and Trade Cooperation Exchange Conference was held at the Zhejiang Great Hall of the People. Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai Group and Executive Chairman of the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs (GAZE) delivered an address and signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the People's Government of Jilin Province on behalf of the GAZE. Under the national "Belt and Road" initiative, the strategic partnership between the two sides will boost the counterpart cooperation and advantage complementation between Jilin and Zhejiang, link both provinces to the world and promote economic integration, said Shen.
