To implement the guiding principles of the 19th CPC National Congress and the Central Economic Work Conference, 2017 Ningbo (Beijing) Investment Cooperation Symposium & Project Signing Ceremony was held in Beijing this afternoon. Zheng Zhajie, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee delivered an address; Qiu Dongyao, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee and Mayor of Ningbo presided over the symposium. Li Guanding, Vice Mayor of Ningbo introduced Ningbo's overall investment development environment. The representatives of Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Zone, Ningbo International Marine Ecology Technology City and Yuyao made presentations based on their respective advantages, characteristics and industrial development needs. Shen Guojun, 1st President of the General Association of Ningbo Entrepreneurs and Chairman of Yintai Group attended the symposium and delivered a speech.

On December 18, Lakeside Yintai Phase 3 (in77 D Zone), Hangzhou opened. Chen Jin, Secretary of the CPC Shangcheng District Committee, Hangzhou; Jin Chengtao, Head of Shangcheng District; leaders of the People's Congress and CPPCC Committee of Shangcheng District and leaders of other relevant departments extended congratulations.

On December 18, Hangzhou Lakeside Yintai in77 D Zone opened to set off a new tide in the lakeside business district. In77 is a key urban project of Yintai Group supporting the strategic planning of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and Shangcheng District People's Government. As the only multifunctional urban complex along the West Lake, in77 integrates the quintessence of Chinese buildings and Western buildings based on the superior location and scarce businesses of the lakeside business district as well as the profound historical and cultural deposits of the West Lake, features innovative brand portfolios, and serves as a new landmark for Hangzhou.

On the afternoon of December 16, 2017, a session of the 2017 Annual Conference of the Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce in Beijing (ZCCB) was held in Beijing. Shen Guojun, Chairman of ZCCB and Chairman of Yintai Group, attended the session and delivered an annual work report titled “Staying True to the Mission, Create a New Era for Chamber of Commerce Work” on behalf of ZCCB. Besides, Mr. Shen awarded plaques to the newly established "Beijing Youth Academy of Zhejiang Merchants" and "Beijing Research Institute of Industrial Transformation & Upgrading for Zhejiang Merchants" along with Director Zhang Binglin.

On December 5, the 15th National Congress of the China Zhi Gong Party closed in Beijing. The congress learned the guiding principles of the 19th CPC National Congress and elected the new central committee comprising 116 members. During the congress, the 1st plenary session of the 15th Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party elected the 33-member Standing Committee and leading body of the 15th Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party. Wan Gang was reelected Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party; Jiang Zuojun, Cao Xiaohong (F), Li Zhuobin, Yan Xiaopei (F), Cao Hongming, Gan Lin (F), Zhang Endi, Lyu Caixia (F) were elected Vice Chairman of the 15th Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party. Shen Guojun, Member of the Standing Committee of the 14th Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party and Chairman of Yintai Group was reelected as Member of the Standing Committee of the 15th Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party.

On the evening of November 29, the Annual Conference of the General Administration of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs (GAZE) was held in Hangzhou. Jack Ma, Chairman of GAZE and Chairman of Alibaba Group; Shen Guojun, Executive Chairman of GAZE and Chairman of Yintai Group; leaders of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, the International Organization for Standardization, GAZE, member entities and special committees of GAZE, provincial chambers of commerce in Zhejiang and relevant departments; as well as representatives of council members of GAZE attended the conference. Zheng Yumin, Secretary-General of GAZE presided over the conference. The conference reviewed the work of GAZE in the past year and looked into its prospect in 2018.

On November 29, with the aim of "Going Global through Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Pooling Strength to Prosper Zhejiang", the 4th World Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Convention, themed "Embracing the New Times, Developing through Opening and Innovation", opened in Hangzhou. Che Jun, Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Congress and Xu Lejiang, Deputy Head of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce addressed the opening ceremony. Yuan Jiajun, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Governor of Zhejiang Province presided over the opening ceremony. Jack Ma, Chairman of the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs (GAZE) and Chairman of Alibaba Group; Shen Guojun, Executive Chairman of GAZE and Chairman of Yintai Group and other renowned Zhejiang entrepreneurs were invited.

"Actually, we Ningbo entrepreneurs who have done business away from Ningbo for many years have been missing our hometown all the time. We could feel a strong nostalgia each time we were back. We are pleased at and proud of Ningbo's drastic changes these years," said Shen Guojun, who was elected the 1st President of the General Association of Ningbo Entrepreneurs yesterday in an interview with Ningbo's media including Ningbo Daily, NBTV and Ningbo Radio. He expressed his nostalgia emotionally.

On November 24, the Annual Council Meeting of International Paradise Foundation (IPF) was held in Beijing. Shen Guojun, Executive Chairman of IPF was awarded with the Outstanding Contribution Award from IPF in recognition of its outstanding contributions over the past year. The other 10 winners included Jack Ma, Pony Ma and Zhu Baoguo.
