Though currently China's crossover retail is developing encouragingly, its healthy development calls for innovative management and the implementation of relevant policies. To better promote the development of crossover retail, I hereby make a proposal as follows: on the one hand, we should deepen the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating powers, strengthening regulation and optimizing services", provide convenient examination and approval services to crossover retail enterprises, and simplify and merge examination and approval procedures of departments such as establishing a one-stop examination and approval window or opening a green channel for major enterprises; on the other hand, it is advised that relevant departments should conduct judicial interpretation of relevant laws and regulations in view of the increase in the complexity of crossover retail, and guard against "professional extortionists for fraud fighting", to promote the healthy development of crossover retail.

On March 3, 2018, the 1st Session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee opened in Beijing. Shen Guojun, member of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the 15th Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party, 1st Executive Chairman of the General Association of Zhejiang Entrepreneurs, 1st President of the General Association of Ningbo Entrepreneurs and Founder & Chairman of Yintai Group performed his duty as a CPPCC member. After conducting in-depth surveys, he submitted two proposals: Promoting the Innovative Development of Crossover Retail, Simplifying Certificate Examination and Approval; Encouraging Public Welfare Organizations to Join Nature Reserve Construction and Management.

Yintai Management Conference 2018 was held in Lijiang, Yunnan Province from January 27 to 28. With the theme "The Coming 20 Years for Yintai", the conference comprehensively reviewed the efforts of Yintai, as well as its industrial groups and direct affiliates in 2017, and looked into the future of Yintai. Senior executives of the headquarters, industrial groups and direct affiliates attended the conference.

On February 1, Nacity Property Service Co., Ltd. (Nacity Property, S.H. 603506), co-invested in by Yintai Group (Yintai), was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange to become China's first A-share listed property service enterprise. Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai attended the listing ceremony along with other guests from all walks of life, witnessing the historical moment with Chairman Han Fang, General Manager Xiao Xiaoling, directors and all senior executives of Nacity Property.

On January 31, under the guidance of the Finance Office of People's Government of Jiangxi Province, with the attention and support of the CPC Ganzhou Municipal Committee and the Ganzhou Municipal People's Government, Jiangxi Ruijing Financial Assets Management Co., Ltd. (Jiangxi Ruijing) was established as a financial assets management company under Yintai Group (Yintai).

2017 marks the 20th anniversary of Yintai Group (Yintai). On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, Yintai decided to replace the feast with a philanthropic act by donating all expenses of the scheduled celebration to hundreds of impoverished families in Qixin Village, Zhongtun Town, Zhenxiong County, Yunnan Province, to transform their dilapidated houses into warm and safe ones. Though without a celebration, sincere wishes poured in from entrepreneurs.

After being elected a member of the 11th CPPCC National Committee, Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai Group, was elected as a member of the 13th CPPCC National Committee.

On January 19, "2018 China Tourismscape Conference & China Tourism Destination Innovation and Cooperation Summit" was held in Beijing. At the conference, "Shanxi Yanmenguan Scenic Area" and "Zhejiang Ningbo Xikou Xuedoushan Scenic Area", operated and managed by Yintai Tourism Industry Group, made the list of "China Top 20 Promising Tourism Destinations for Investment" and the list of "China Top 20 Family Destinations" respectively.

Beijing Yintai Centre applied for LEED-EB O+M designed for the property management and operations & maintenance of existing green buildings in 2017, and achieved LEED v4 Platinum certification in November 2017 to successfully rank among model green buildings, and become China's first LEED-EB O+M v4 Platinum certified super high-rise complex.
