On April 20, the first Biweekly Consultation Forum of the 13th CPPCC was held in Beijing, with the chair taken by Wang Yang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of CPPCC, who also addressed the Forum. Shen Guojun, Member of the National Committee of the 13th CPPCC and the Founder and Chairman of Yintai Group, was invited to attend this Forum to make suggestions on the “effect and significance of preventing and solving financial risks by AI and other new technologies”.

Social benefit nature reserve is able to fill in the blank part in the current nature reserve system, address the issues such as lack of fund, technology and management ability, and explore a new national or collective management model for nature reserves controlled by non-profit institutions and supervised by the government. It is very promising in improving our nature reserve system dominated by national parks and setting up protection mechanism led by the government and jointly participated by non-profit organizations.

On the afternoon of April 13, Shen Guojun, Chairman of Yintai Group, had a field trip to Xiandu Scenic Area in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, accompanied by the municipal and county-level leaders, including Zhang Bing, the Secretary of Municipal Party Committee, Wu Xiaodong, the Deputy Secretary of Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Lin Liang, the Member of Standing Committee and Executive Vice-Mayor of Municipal Party Committee, Yang Xiuqing, the Secretary of Jinyun County Party Committee, and Li Yibo, the Vice Secretary of County Party Committee and County Mayor.

According to the cooperation agreement signed between Yintai Tourism Industry Group and Lafeng Entertainment Co., Ltd. on April 9, Yintai Tourism Industry Group would be in charge of the tourism format planning, product development and scenic area operation and management of Huzhou Film and Television City under Co., Ltd. Besides, the two parties will work together for the later-stage development and construction of Huzhou Film and Television City and the development of Huanglong Cave, to facilitate the all-for-one and all-season tourism transformation and upgrading of Huzhou Film and Television City and build a tourist destination of high-quality in Yangtze River Delta.

On April 8, the anniversary of Chengdu Yintai Centre in99, a high-end business landmark in Chengdu, kicks off. Themed on “Live in Love”, the celebration of in99 aims to build a creative life in a cooler and “in” way based on the design idea of “Isle of Flowers, Sea of Marts”.

On March 14, Shen Guojun, the CPPCC Member and Chairman of Yintai Group, took participation in Two Sessions on the Scene, a live program of People's Daily mobile App at 8pm. In the program, he discussed how to achieve transformation and upgrading for conventional industry, how to balance development and innovation and how to search new motivation of economy in accordance with national policies with the famous host Cao Jingxing.

On the night of March 8, as the first entrepreneur guest, Shen Guojun, CPPCC Member and Chairman of Yintai Group appeared in the special program for the two sessions: Comments Today "Questions for 2018 · Dialogues with Deputies and Members", to discuss "Digital China Construction · How to Achieve the Prosperity of Zhejiang's Digital Economy" with CPPCC Member and renowned economist Prof. Pei Changhong.

In late 2017, upon assessment by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Civil Affairs, Yintai Foundation was certified as "4A Social Organization" in recognition of its persistent contributions and outstanding performance in the charity field.

On the afternoon of March 4, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the State and Chairman of the Central Military Commission met members of the China Democratic League and the China Zhi Gong Party, non-party personages and representatives of Overseas Chinese federations attending the 1st Session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, and attended a joint group meeting to solicit opinions and suggestions. Shen Guojun, CPPCC Member, Member of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party and Chairman of Yintai Group was inspired by Xi's important speech.

Currently China's nature reserves are troubled by problems including conservation gap, capital shortage, weak management and prominent contradiction between conservation and development. Land trust reserve is a new reserve management model with a good prospect of perfecting China's nature reserve system. Thus, I suggest incorporating land trust reserves into the country's official reserve system; strengthening legislative guarantee and making relevant laws; establishing the agreement protection mechanism for public welfare organizations' engagement in nature reserve construction and management; starting the practice of public welfare organizations joining pilot nature reserve conservation through PPP; and establishing the incentive mechanism for public welfare organizations' engagement in nature reserve management and conservation.
