Statement 

Recently,the Yintai Group has received reports from the public of illegal parties developing mobile applications using names such as "Yintai Investment and Financial Group" to attract investment. These illegal parties fraudulently claim on social media to be a partner of the Yintai Group and spread false information such as discounted trades.

The Yintai Group and its subsidiaries engage in financial activities in strict accordance with laws and regulations, and did not develop any stock trading software or engage in illegal financing under the name of "Yintai Investment and Financial Group."

The Yintai Group is not associated in any manner whatsoever with such content forged by illegal parties using the aforesaid name or the actions of these parties. Where it comes to our attention that any party is using the name of the Yintai Group or its subsidiaries without permission to commit illegal acts that infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of the Yintai Group, we shall take action to resolutely safeguard our rights and interests through legal means. We solemnly warn the relevant organizations and individuals to immediately cease their illegal activities and eliminate the negative impacts of their actions.

We have reported the reports from the public to law enforcement authorities.We advise the general public to heighten their risk prevention awareness and be on guard against scams to prevent losses to their personal property. Anyone who has suffered losses from or is aware of the aforesaid activities is advised to immediately report the same to public security organs.
