On November 3, Yintai Group’s Yintai Commercial Group entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Shushan District, Hefei City, officially unveiling Hefei Yintai in66.

As a high-end commercial brand under Yintai Group, the “in” series comprises shopping malls in core business circles or national demonstration pedestrian streets in various cities in China. Positioned as urban landmarks, high-end retail premises, and sophisticated lifestyle destinations, they are iconic projects in the fashion retail industry and new consumption areas.

Located in Xindi Centre, the core area of Hefei CBD, Hefei Yintai in66 will have a gross floor area of 600,000 square meters, covering comprehensive business formats such as high-end commercial, office buildings, and residential spaces, and it will be adjacent to the open urban park Swan Lake. It will be the main direction of Hefei's urban development and offer an important glimpse into the city.

Going forward, Yintai Commercial Group will build a scene-based consumer experience centre integrating fashion, art, technology, and nature.
