On April 27, 2023, the tender for lot number XC4-4-42 at Xingfu Road in Xincheng District, Xi’an was successfully concluded. Yintai Land won the bid for this site for a total consideration of RMB1.438 billion.

The Xincheng land parcel is categorized as a complex built on top of a subway station, and zoned mixed “commercial + residential”, with net land area of 63,464 m². North of Changle Middle Road, and west of Wanshou Road, in close proximity to “Xingfu Lindai” (Xi’an Happiness Forest Belt) - a key project of Shaanxi Province and a new landmark project of ancient capital Xi’an, it has significant geographic advantages.

Going forward, Yintai Land will invest more than RMB10 billion to build a 780,000m² high-end TOD urban complex comprising a hotel, as well as commercial, residential, apartment and corporate headquarters office space that is seamlessly connected to Xingfu Lingdai, which is to its east. Upon completion, the complex will become the fourth Yintai Centre project nationwide after Beijing, Chengdu and Hefei. It will introduce a brand new retail approach and lifestyle, and become a new landmark in Xi’an and northwestern China, injecting new dynamism into Xi’an’s development.
