China Yintai Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Yintai Group”) recently won the Philanthropy Award under the 2022 Golden Bull Award for Responsibility. Initiated by China Social Responsibility 100 Forum, the Golden Bull Award for Responsibility is an authoritative award in the field of social responsibility dedicated to promoting the development of social responsibility in China. It aims to commend enterprises and individuals who have performed outstandingly in terms of economic, social, and environmental responsibilities, and to help promote the continuous development of endeavours in social responsibility in the country.

Yintai Foundation was established in 2014 to further practice the concept of social responsibility. Under the guidance of the shared value model of unifying commercial value and social value, it has made many beneficial explorations and attempts in the fields of rural revitalization, emergency relief, culture and education, ecological environmental protection, and other fields.

Over the years, Yintai Foundation has deeply participated in social assistance work in Yunnan, Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, Gansu, Guizhou, Qinghai, and other places, helping to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation efforts and comprehensively promote rural revitalization. This includes the series of measures it took from 2014 to 2021 to support the renovation of dilapidated houses in Qixin Village, Zhenxiong County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, which promoted the continuous improvement of the rural living environment.

In 2022, Yintai Foundation focused on caring for de facto orphans and children in difficulties in Gansu and other places. Under the "companion + funding" model, it has helped many vulnerable children in remote areas regain hope and build their future.

Social responsibility is not only reflected in continuous public welfare exploration, but also in daily business development.

Yintai Group has always been committed to green development, circular development, and low-carbon development, and is closely integrated with urban regional planning in the field of commercial real estate development and operation. It is committed to the practice of the green concept in the whole process of project design, construction, operation and management, creating green buildings and reducing the adverse impact of project construction on the environment.

In the field of mineral development, it pays attention to the construction of green mines. Through measures such as increasing investment, safety protection, improving facilities, watering and dust removal, soil reclamation, and tree planting, it has been restoring the environment of mining areas to the maximum extent.

At the same time, it has been constantly exploring and innovating ways and means to participate in environmental protection, and has joined forces with a number of public welfare organizations to actively participate in the construction of public welfare protection areas. It launched the "Blue Pioneer" talent training program, and has trained more than 100 professionals in marine protection so far. It has also been providing advice and suggestions for promoting marine protection for many years, exerting the power of a think tank.
