With its excellent green and low-carbon facilities and high level of operation and maintenance of such facilities, Yintai Office Tower of Yintai Foundation’s Beijing Yintai Centre recently received the highest level of certification under the latest updated version of the LEED rating system - LEED EBOM v4.1 Platinum.
In 2017, Beijing Yintai Centre, Yintai Foundation’s flagship project, applied for LEED EBOM (Existing Buildings: Operation & Maintenance) certification for green buildings, and received LEED v4 Platinum certification, successfully joining the ranks of demonstration green buildings. It was the first super high-rise complex project in China to receive LEED EBOM v4 Platinum certification at the time.
Over the past five years, Beijing Yintai Centre has practiced the concept of low-carbon development in its upgrades and transformations of the equipment and facilities in its building, and in its selection of green cleaning products that meet the requirements of the LEED system to further enhance customer experience.
