Recently, Yintai Foundation Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yintai Group, signed an official agreement with Savills in Beijing to set up Beijing Yintai Savills Property Management Co., Ltd., marking a new chapter in the cooperation between the two sides in commercial property operation and management.

As the agreement states, Yintai Savills will gradually coordinate and manage all its commercial real estate projects in operation under the strategic plan of Yintai Group. Pulling all advantageous resources together and adapting to local conditions, It will spare no effort to excel in the real estate management and consulting services of existing projects to systematize, standardize, refine and apply smart technologies to real state service.

The cooperation between Yintai Group and Savills began in 2007. The past 15 years saw the successful build of Beijing Yintai Centre, the first "Seven Star top building" in Beijing, through joint efforts of the two sides who have upheld the concept of green and sustainable development in integrating advantageous resources integration, overall planning and fine operation. The They will also jointly operate and manage the Beijing Wangfujing Yintai from March 2022.

In the future, both will work hand in hand to expand comprehensive cooperation in urban development, building operation, sustainable development and other fields to create a new leading direction of real state and asset management services, and promote the green, sustainable and intelligent development of commercial real estate of Yintai Group.
