On July 7, Party Secretary of Shaanxi Hu Heping met with Shen Guojun and his delegation. Shen Guojun is Founder and Chairman of Yintai Group, as well as Chairman of China United Industrial Investment.

Wang Hao, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Provincial Committee of Shaanxi and Party secretary of Xi’an, Lu Jianjun, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Provincial Committee and secretary-general of the CPC Provincial Committee of Shaanxi, as well as Xu Datong, deputy governor of Shaanxi, also attended the meeting.
