On August 16, construction of the Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77 Phase VI commercial project commenced. Positioned as a “technology · meta-universe” project, the building, with GFA of approximately 38,830m², features an innovative structural design comprising four basement levels and four levels above ground. It is scheduled to open in October 2026.
