Statement

Recently,it has come to our attention that an unlawful party is identifying itself as "Yintai Investment Guarantee Co., Ltd." and indicating its office address on Amap as 52/F, Tower C, Beijing Yintai Center. It is also assuming the contact number of one of our subsidiaries as its office phone number.

Yintai Investment Guarantee Co. Ltd. is not a member of the Yintai Group and is not affiliated in any manner whatsoever with the Yintai Group. We will seriously pursue, in accordance with the law, the legal responsibilities of unlawful parties that fraudulently assume the name of the Yintai Group, falsify their office addresses and phone numbers, and are suspected of engaging in illegal activities that compromise the interests of the Yintai Group.

We advise the general public to heighten their risk prevention awareness and be on guard against scams to prevent losses to their personal property. Anyone who has suffered losses from or is aware of the aforesaid activities is advised to immediately report the same to public security organs.
