On January 29, Yintai Commercial Group entered into a cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Shuangliu District, Chengdu, marking the official launch of Yintai inPARK in Chengdu Yixin Lake. It is the fifth inPARK project in China after Zhengzhou, Hefei, Hangzhou, and Quzhou.
Located in Yixin Lakeside Commercial District in Shuangliu District, Chengdu City, and adjacent to Yixin Lake City Park, the Tianfu Yixin Lake Yintai inPARK project will cover a total area of 93.91 mu and has a planned total construction area of 200,900 square meters. It is an important area in Chengdu for the city to participate in the accelerated construction of national central cities and park city demonstration areas.
Going forward, Yintai Commercial Group will incorporate the new consumer experience concept of urban parks and pass on local culture to create a highly dynamic open-concept commercial format of "street mall" and new freely interchangeable lifestyle experience and social spaces, bringing new momentum to the upgrading of business districts and boosting the high-quality development of regional economy.
